At Billy Bilsland Cycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send the package back to our Glasgow shop using a tracked courier service, or drop it off in person at our Saltmarket location for immediate processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
